Returns

 

For undamaged and incorrectly delivered products:

 

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

We will be responsible for the item return fee and handling fees.

 

When returning, please contact us first. After negotiation, and get the return address, please keep the original packaging of the products in the same state as when receiving the product. Then send us the shipping number of the returned product, and we will refund the product after receiving them and checking them.

 

We will arrange delivery within 1-3 working days after receiving the returned package.

Shipping

At present, we only support shipping to America. You don't have to pay for transportation. We will process the delivery within 1-3 working days after you place the order. Transportation takes 7-10 working days.

 

When Returning or Exchanging Items:

When you need to return goods, you need to:

  4.  PLEASE NOTE: Credit, refund or exchange will be issued after your package is received. Pyndela is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  5. Unless otherwise specified by our staff, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the product.
    Return freight charges are not reimbursable unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or a direct result of an error on our part. 
    If possible, we ask that you return the item in the original packaging. If this isn’t possible, we respectfully ask that you carefully and securely pack the item for shipment. Items damaged during shipping are the responsibility of the shipper and will be declined.
